

It’s always a good day when you can BBQ…Slow smoking a Pork Butt until we can shred it. I like to work on the sides and find new ways to enjoy favorites..I have started a buttery hot honey corn on the cob. A chopped slaw(cabbage, and broccoli Lettuce, carrots with bacon, almonds candied cashews and sunflower seeds, and a light sweet vinegar dressing. I’ll be finalizing baked beans and some Mac and cheese as well.
